Impersonation support for users with All Company Access

As a user with All Company Access, you can now impersonate other users to replicate their experience and assist with troubleshooting. This new feature allows authorized users to adopt the selected user's role and company context.

To start impersonation, open your profile menu and select Impersonate User. In the impersonation window, you can search for and choose the user you'd like to impersonate. The system will then switch to the selected user's role and context.

A clear visual indicator appears to confirm that you're in impersonation mode. When you're done, simply select Stop impersonating to return to your original session.

This feature improves visibility and support workflows while maintaining secure, role-based access controls.

Switch between companies for users with multiple roles

A Switch Company option is now available in the profile menu when you hold roles across multiple companies. When you switch companies, all data, interface, and role-based access elements are updated to reflect your other role in the selected company.

This update simplifies navigation for users with multi-company roles by removing the need to log out and back in to change companies.

Resolved issues

• Fixed an issue where users with All Company Access could not assign roles to users for associated companies.

• Fixed an issue that caused an authentication error during product import.
